    ********************* (24/7 Aquadry) was hired to remediate a water loss claim for insurance purposes. His company was approved to work on the loss, and his people proceeded to do what we thought was a good job at first. As the work progressed, we realized that they were cutting corners, not doing what they were claiming they were doing, and generally not keeping up with the scope and quality of work as determined by the protocol established by the mold expert who recommended them. Upon "completion" of their work, the insurance company decided to do additional investigations into the work performed on our property and delayed his payment. As a result, he has placed a lien on our house and plans to foreclose on our property because the insurance company has not paid them yet. He was asked on multiple occasions to furnish an itemized bill to us, and refused. He stated that the insurance company has it. Additionally, he had all the contents of our first floor packed up and moved to an undisclosed location. We have no furniture, pots, pans, washer, dryer, refrigerator, TV, or even our shoes which we kept downstairs. It's all gone, and he has told the insurance company in an email that he shared that he will not return our belongings until he gets paid. This has been going on since August! We can't keep living like this. We can't have anyone home for the holidays because he has decided to hold our property hostage due to the acts of a third party.

    We experienced a flood in our home while we were gone on January 16th, 2022, in which at the time we had no idea who to call or what to, so we posted the video of our house flooding on the neighborhood page for help and within 20 minutes a mitigation company named **** Aqua Dry ********************* and crew came and reviewed the situation and started ripping apart our house. We were forced to pack a bag and immediately get out, we stayed at a hotel in Ballantyne for a week still not know what happened to our home and when we would be able to return. We filed an insurance claim for the flood and an adjuster from our insurance company came out wrote up a report and questioned 247 Aqua Dry as to what happened, and they stated that a water pipe burst coming from hall bathroom upstairs (not sure if they had a licensed plumber come out to determine that or what). We have had ************ come out to home(******************) on 7/27/2001 before this happened due to our toilets making crazy sounds, phantom flushing and water running constantly they said that all the flapper and fill valve within the toilet were bad and builder grade and that was the issue, so they replaced them all. (Our house is only 4 years old) the issue was still there running water constantly so we called another Plumber (Brother Plumbing) to come out and they could not find a problem with the toilets as they snaked all of them. Our water **** doubled so we contacted *********************** to come check our meter and mentioned to them the issue with our toilets, but they said everything was ok. We have all the receipts and documents for this. We did our due diligence and on January 16th our entire house flooded from the upstairs to downstairs. We have learned that other people on our street have had an issue with their toilets as well but not to this magnitude. Going back to our situation the insurance company paid for a corporate housing apartment for us to live in while our house was being fixed. We NEVER
