    Regal Landscapes was hired to construct four retaining walls in my backyard. The project began on January 16, 2023, construction continued for a year due to errors in construction, and one of the walls collapsing. Total project cost was ******, Regal Landscape was recommended by another company that was involved in the grading for the wall construction. The issues encountered are as follows:Walls were constructed (4 feet high, average75 long) using improper construction methods. Undersized drainage, no water sealant to prevent water penetration, small amounts of crushed rock to aid drainage. Rebar was also not used to ensure rigidity of the walls.Wall construction was completed in April 2023, immediately I noticed that drainage behind one of the walls was slow, the soil remained saturated for days. I sent a message to J**** M***** owner of Regal Landscape to advise him of the problem, he said drains installed. As rains continued a wall completely collapsed, when I contacted Regal, they came out and immediately blamed the grading for the reason. That was incorrect, no French drains were installed. I indicated no confidence in construction practices, the owner opened up all the walls and installed plastic behind the walls which was a cheap way of satisfying my concerns. It has not worked, walls are stained with red **** stains that have permeated the block. We asked for an extended warranty of ten years for the walls. The owner texted an agreement, I have asked for a signed legal document, I have not heard back from the owner. An outstanding amount of ******* remains, I indicated as soon as I have an agreement, he will have payment.The following issues remain: the walls are filled with water due to sealing issues, water has filled the A/C units, a channel drain was not installed, the collapsed wall shows high amounts of water retention. The downspout drains are not properly draining, water now is released underneath my driveway Owner has not replied

    Ive received the email notification regarding the complaint against my company. Complaint number ********. I have passed this along to my attorney. This is very much a falsified complaint and they are asking for a full refund a year after the work has been completed. Also I have all text and email communications between me and the customer. They have refused to pay me and thats why I have stopped communicating. My attorney will handle it from here.

    I hired the regal landscapes for the garden project last November. The quote is $61,000, I paid them 3 times totally $49168 already. They began the work on 11/28/2022, but they only worked about ten days before Christmas and had no response after that. I contacted *********************, the owner of Regal Landscapes many times, but he did not answer my calls, my voice mails and my texts. I was very frustrated. Finally, ***** answered me on 3/31/2023. They came back to my project on 4/3/2023, but just work for 6 days, they disappeared again. Like before, no any response to me no matter how many times I contacted *****. Until I told ************ would share my experiences with his future customers on 5/14/2023, they showed up on 5/15/2023 finally, but just worked one week, they did not come again this Monday. ***** said ******, one of his workers, had appointment with USCIS on Monday and they would come back on Tuesday. But They did not show up today. I did not know how much longer I will have to wait. During the half year from last November until now, the neighbors complained a lot because of the mess caused by the unfinished jobs and HOA warned me two times. I could not pick up the outdoor furniture I bought . And I could not give my senior daughter a birthday party and graduation party as scheduled. The delay caused a lot of hurt and distress to me, my family and neighbors.I paid 80% of the price of the project which includes patio, outside kitchen, flower bed, 5 walkways and lighting, but they only finished patio, flower bed, 60% of the kitchen, 50% of one walkway. No respecting, no responsibility, that is the impression that the regal landscapes gives me. I want them come back to finish the project without any more excuses and without any more pauses. I noticed there were the similar complaints from other customers on BBB website, so I want no more customers suffer the same frustrating experiences like me, so please do something for me and all the customers. Thank you.

    I hired *****/ Regal Landscapes in January 2023 to complete a landscape project involving the removal of existing landscape tenders and grade and install approx. 920 sq feet of keystone terrace stone pavers. Work began in late January and the majority of the work was completed by 02/02/23 with the final payment of $7,160 made at that time. When the last payment was made, ***** advised that it was too wet to intall the sand mix between the pavers, and that he would be back within two weeks to finish. I also discussed the problem with the Vista Professional LCS-150 Wi-Fi compatible control box that he was unable to link with my Wi-Fi system. The timers also do not work on the system. ***** advised he would obtain a replacement for the box and it would take about a week or so to obtain it. I have emailed, texted and called ***** since that time and have received no responses. I have ************************************************************************************************************************************** regards to his not finishing the job. My neighbor also utilized ***** and said he has been unable to reach him and was aware of other customers with similar complaints. I would like the job finished and box replaced ****.
