The drivers are the best. They are courteous careful drivers kind considerate. They take pride in the way they treat their customers. They make sure you get to your appointments on time and their is no long wait to pick you up. I would like to be able to use them for all my doctors appointments.Review from Gary D.

Drivers are very polite and good conversationalists. They arrive in time and learning the area pretty well in my opinion. If they don't know the area they ask me if there is a shorter route to help them get more familiar with area.Review from Vanessa S.

John the driver was here on time he helped me get into the van he helped with my Walker he helped me down the hill he helped me out of the van when I got to my appointment then came back and picked me up he was excellent he talked to me on the drive there and on the drive back and he was concerned about what I was going through I give them a plus and I give him a plus because 100

The weather today is horrible. 100% chance of rain and flash flooding. I use a walker and only have use of one arm. They went beyond their job description. They help me with my coat, held umbrella and safely buckled me in. This is not my first ride with Mountain pride and I am so happy that they are in our area. Transportation in my rural community is not always trustworthy and can be difficult. I don’t know what our area would do without them.
