    Hello,I reside in a rental property called Hanover Landing Apartments run by ************************ that continues to make its tenants go without running water, or operable toilets and live in unsanitary conditions, such as ***** matter coming up into our bathtubs.This has been an ongoing and progressively worse problem for the last two years that I've lived here. Despite these issues, the complex has made little effort to circumvent or fix them. Even after a company called Anvil advised them the system needs repair. Yet they continue to raise our rent. Today we now have a sinkhole.Previously I have contacted code enforcement regarding other violations as well I also know that the owner of the company in the truck picture is illegally subletting 24 units and overcharging the tenants. The management receives a kickback for that and is aware of this practice. I have enclosed several pictures from multiple tenants and can put you in contact with previous maintenance providers who can corroborate this. I am hoping to raise awareness so that the property will fix the issues and the rent-paying tenants have somewhere sanitary to live. Many of the residents here are non-English speakers and don't know how to reach out for help. I will also be contacting Legal Aid on Tuesday along with other residents.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. The people running this property are complete slumlords and need to be held accountable Please reach out if you have any further questions.
