            I purchased a 2010 bmw 550i from compass auto on May 20th. The dealer stated the car ran great it was inspected by their technicians. Within a day of driving the vehicle I started noticing problems with the car shifting, and a light that was on when purchasing the vehicle and I was told it was a warning not to open the door while driving. I contacted the dealer on numerous occasions and let them know if he taking it in and wanted the vehicle inspected by professionals. Almost 21,000 worth of repairs needed including the transmission, and numerous other serious issues. The car is no good my warranty service won't cover any of it. I signed some paper with the vehicle purchase paperwork stating I couldn't sue them. but I got 3 kids and needed this car for work. I'm now stuck with no car and an auto loan. I have tried to reach out numerous times and never got even a response from the dealer. I want a new vehicle or a full refund. This isn't right nobody deserves to go through this. If there is an issue with the vehicle, on the contract it states to talk to lady and given a phone number which is not in service
