    I recently used Business Express, Inc. for tech support related to printer and router issues. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. They quickly identified the issues with my devices and explained clearly what needed to be done. Both my printer and router were fixed efficiently, and they've been running perfectly since the repair.I'm impressed with their excellent customer service and technical expertise.     I've been using this tech center for the last 5 years ever since I have had issues with my HP Printer back in 2020. I can't say enough about **** who has been with this company, and has helped me with many issues with my PC. As a 68 year old, sometimes it is hard to navigate through things, but this company has been there every step of the way.

    I`ve been shopping with Business Express Tech Support for years...and I have never ever had any reason to fault them in any way....They are second to none for customer service....quality of their extensive range of goods.....It's very straightforward service. Easy to pay ,ok with tracking, fast delivery!!!.... I can`t praise them highly enough!!! Thank you Business Express Tech Support for many years of fabulous shopping!!

    I recently contacted Business Express to help me with some issues I was having with my printer and computer. I was very impressed with the level of service I received from this company, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude.In particular, I had the pleasure of working with *****, who did an excellent job of diagnosing and resolving my technical issues with multiple devices. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Not only was ***** great at fixing my technical problems, but he was also a pleasure to work with. His customer service skills were top-notch, and he made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received from Business Express, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance with their computer or printer.     I contacted Business Express in 1/22. They sold me a 5 yr contract to service my computer including firewall,support, drivers and clean up and charged me $587.80. In 1/23 I phoned them to do a clean up and I was told I now had a different problem, ***** people are using our IP address. I told tech that I had already paid for this service and I was told this is different and not included. He said because I hadn't asked for a clean up every 2 months that this wouldn't be covered. I told him I would check with our Internet supplier. When I told them what Business Express had told me, she immediately said this is a SCAM. She told me I shouldn't be paying them for anything. They are fraudulent. They don't deserve even 1 star.
