    Ordered in Nov 2022, was given a USPS tracking number. I reached out to their customer service. It is now Feb 2023 and still nothing.

    I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my order. Given a tracking # from ***** Contacted the **** and was told they have not received my order for shipment.
