      I have been paying for their protein powder for a year now. I am currently pregnant with twins and my doctor advised me to stop taking these products. I have tried multiple times to call the listed phone number of ************ to cancel my subscription but my phone keeps saying it's not a valid phone number. I'm not sure if it's a scam or what but I'm not happy about not be able to speak to anyone. I'm not needing refunded. I just need them to stop my subscription.

      Mid November, I had a medical appointment at which time I was ordered to stop taking all supplements. On 11/30/23 I received an email stating a shipment from Natural Health Sherpa was being sent to me. I immediately called but was unable to connect with customer service **** ************************* until 12/1. He said I could refuse delivery and send back. I tried calling numerous times that week to verify how I should return the package but never received a call back nor were email inquiries answered. I shipped the package via **** to the address on the package: Metabolic Health, **************************************************************************** on December 11, 2023. The package was delivered December 13, 2023 at 6:40 AM.I continue calling at least 2 to 3 times a week & never received a return call nor answers to my emails. On January 5, ****, I spoke with customer **** ***** de la ****, explain the situation, including the lack of response to my inquiries. He said **** told me I would get a return authorization label. I explained that ***** accent, was hard to understand but I never heard mention of return authorization. To clarify, I repeated to ****, I can refuse delivery? and he said yes. ***** said he would pass my request on to another ***** to review the call I had with ****, and if they found he had misinformed me they would issue a refund. I expressed my concern that I needed proof of what was said on the call and ***** said that he would secure that information and share it with me. That same day I received an email from ***** for feedback on the call, a boiler plate generic email. I never heard back after I responded to ****** email asking him for a copy of recording. The refund due is $336.99. I have proof of delivery to the address shown on the package. The least Natural Health Sherpa could do is return the package to me so I have something to show from my $336. Their customer service is deplorable once the initial purchase is made. I have never been so frustrated!

      On October 5 2023 I ordered the Metabolic renewal plan from a social media advertisement for *****. When I got my receipt it did not itemize what I bought but said my total was $176 (which is what was charged to my account). I replied within 24 hrs: Hello, can you tell me why the charge is $176 and not the advertised price of $*****? I dont want it if its a higher price. Can I cancel my order? I never received a reply. 3 days after that on October 9 I received a shipping confirmation (the product I ordered was digital) for three Metabolic Super Protein which I did not order. I replied immediately: Hello, I did not order this and do not need it. I only ordered the basic plan for *****. If it has already shipped, how can I initiate a return and have it refunded immediately? I have not received a response. At the same time I disputed the charge to my credit card for the difference. I received a package from the merchant which I have not opened and am happy to return if they provide a label, but I still have never heard from them. My credit card company resolved the dispute against me and restored the charge a few days ago and I have reasserted the dispute. Im not sure if that means that the merchant did deign to respond to them (they didnt give any details of how it was resolved), but I still have heard nothing from the merchant. I will not consume anything from such a sketchy company and honestly no longer even want the product I did order because I dont trust them anymore.

      On 6/17/23 I willingly purchased the Metabolic Renewal Protein powder that comes in a recurring 3 month shipment. I received it and tried it but did not like it. I did not ask for a refund. But when the 2nd shipment came, I called and had it refunded. I mailed it back and thought it was a done deal. on 12/7/23 I received an email saying my shipment would be sent on 12/14/23. Since the 7th I have tried multiple times to contact the company to cancel the order. I have emailed 4 different email addresses all attached to either Metabolic Renewal or Natural Health Sherpa. There has **** no reponse. In their policies on their website it states a cancellation can be made via phone. I have called multiple times with the same response... none. I have waited for over 90 minutes, I have requested the call back option, no response. I have gotten onto my account and found that I have no access to changing my subscription or canceling. I have tried to contact any of the emails from the guy named *** that I talked to in person but now the email is inactive. I have tried to contact the company via ******** and all I got was an automated reply that they appreciated me reaching out. It offered no action on their part. I have even resorted to contacting "Dr." **** **** on Instagram but with 143K followers, it's not even been seen.I want nothing to do with this scam of a company and want my subscription cancelled. Do you know how to help me with this? I'm not asking for a refund from anything I've already paid, which should total $189. However, I need to call my credit card and ensure I have not been charged for anything additional.

      I believe I may have been scammed by this company. I purchased this company's weight loss program. During intake phone call on 11/15/23, the assigned representative, *************************, attempted to upsell me multiple products and services. I eventually caved and agreed to trial their mastery club subscription for $1. I was assured that I just needed to text ***** within the trial period if I did not need the services and it would be cancelled and refunded before any subscription charges went through. I was given access to a series of webpages that did not appear to be maintained regularly with information that I did not believe was anything significantly additional than the base program. I texted ***** within the allotted time to cancel (12/5/23) since I did not believe the additional service fit my goals. I did not hear back for one week. I called the customer service line, the routing service stated there was an "expected wait time of one second." I waited to speak with a representative for over 40 minutes with no response. I also attempted to use their "live chat" feature which was falsely labelled. It was simply a contact submission form. I also sent them an email explaining the situation and requesting cancellation of the trial and have not heard back. Additionally, I called *****'s phone directly and was placed on wait and given the option to leave a voicemail which when selected promptly ended the phone call. This appears like a subscription trap and I would like to ensure I am not charged by this company for services I did not agree to as the trial has not ended and I do not want to move forward.

      I have been stuck in an auto renewal since June. I have made multiple attempts via phone and email to cancel. I even went through my bank who blocked the company, inky to have the company continue under a different name to the tune of almost $600 since the end of August.       I've just completed the "registration", thinking I was going to receive a link to the program. All that has been received is the receipt. The next and videos just keep trying to up sell. What's the registration for??? It is presented as if you will receive access to the program online, then videos continue and one even showed it as $47 a month... What is this!? If all it is is an entry fee to get to the actual program for more money, then this is absolute false advertising! Either send access to the full program or refund the fee! **************** has been contacted; however, after seeing so many complaints I hope this gets a fast turn around.

      I was talked into ordering product from metabolic renewal on Aug 14 with the guarentee I had 30 days to return it if I was not satisfied. The website says 30 days from delivery. I was nit satisfied with product and needed to return it. You can only return it by calling and getting a return label. You are put on hold while they decide whether you are allowed to return it. 35min. I was denied the return when I called on Sept 21. They said it was past the 30 days $400 plus. I have a tracking number that proves it was delivered on Sept. 24. I would like to get my money back . I will return the product when then given a RMA. THE ***** NUMBER IS ************.

      On July 22, 2023 I watched a video about Metabolic Living and decided to purchase the online digital system and audiobook. During the checkout process, I was asked to select my payment information which I selected PayPal. After that, more items were presented to me which is when I chose not to proceed with the transaction. There was no way to exit or cancel so I closed out of the browser WITHOUT HITTING ENTER OR CONFIRMING THE TRANSACTION. Shortly thereafter, I received two PayPal notifications stating that I made two purchases which I did NOT. I was then contacted by text multiple times about setting up meetings. I set up a time, hoping to inquire about how to cancel and receive a refund since I did not go forward with the transaction, but no one showed to the phone call. I sent an email on 7/23 to which I only received an auto-response. I was finally able to get through to someone in customer service who told me I had to wait to receive the product and then return it. I received a label that was not pre-paid. I am not paying to return something I did not agree to purchase to begin with. I sent a message to Natural Sherpa as well, requesting a refund and I still have not heard back or had my money refunded. This company is a scam and what they are doing is illegal! You cannot trap would be customers into a scheme where they are forced to make additional purchases AFTER asking for the payment method. I want every cent of my money returned to me.
