On Oct 21, 2023 I attended a live sale on ******** by Practical Magic Store. I purchased one glass square color changing sphere holder for ***** dollars and three votive candles for $9.00. Shipping cost was $8.50. The sphere holder did not work from arrival on Oct 30th. I sent a direct message on Nov 2nd and was redirected to the chat space on the website or app to notify customer service. I left a message in the chat twice on the website and twice on the app, without a response. I called the practical magic store on Nov 10th & spoke with *****, a store employee who said she would send a message for one of the 2 owners to call me after I confirmed my cellphone number. No one called me. I called again on Nov 11th & spoke to a tarot card reader as the employee was in the bathroom. She took my name & number for a return call. No one has called. I called again today, Nov 12th, spoke with the store employee who said ***** and ****** the owners were not there. As you can see I have been unsuccessful in reaching the owners to resolve this issue. I am asking for a full refund of the $***** dollars and half of the shipping cost of $4.25. A total of $22.25. I purchased through PayPal and I am unable to save or screen shot a copy of the receipt. The order number is *****. The total amount was $30.10 for this order.
