      On 2/27/23 we took our 2018 Nissan Armada to Capital Nissan for an oil change because we received a coupon for an oil change. They performed the oil change and also as part of their routine inspection they checked our engine air filter and windshield wipers (among other things) and recommended replacement of the engine air filter at the cost of $65. There were however no notes included about the air filter box being broken, the tech should have noted a broken piece on the air box if they checked the air filter. The cost for the engine air filter was inflated quite a bit so we declined and I ordered the engine air filter from Amazon for a cost of $20.12. When the air filter arrived on Monday 3/6/23 I went out to install the filter an upon inspection (prior to completing any work) I noticed that the slot on the air filter housing where the air filter housing cover sits appeared to be freshly broken. The broken plastic slot still has the fresh white color of broken plastic which is what made it stand out to me before beginning to replace the filter myself. Upon completion of changing the filter I called Capital Nissan to inform them of the issue, believe I spoke with a woman named ****** (service managers assistant) in service. ****** said she would speak to service manager and call me back the following day which she did. She informed me that since this is the first time the vehicle was brought to their dealership that they were not going to be willing to accept responsibility. I changed the air filter myself on 12/27/21 with a mileage of ****** and the piece was most certainly not broken at that time. Since then to my knowledge no one has touched the air filter up until this service work was completed at Capital Nissan on 2/27/23. As mentioned there were no notes included about the broken piece even though the tech checked the air filter. To date Capital Nissan is unwilling to accept any responsibility. I would like the dealership to repair the broken part please.

      I bought my titan truck from this dealership on June 22 2024. after spending more than 3 hours signing paperwork. they got all the paperwork incorrectly and as of today aug 13 2024 i did not got my perm plates. thy have been giving me he run around and not returning my calls.
