I bought a brand new 2022 Dodge Durango from Neuwirth (********************************************************) in 2/2022 and drove it with 6 miles off the lot. I bought the extended warranties. In July 2022 I took it in the file a paint claim warranty and was told by ******************* (Service Advisor) that there would be no problem getting the claim approved and that ****************************************** would be doing the work. I followed up in October 2022 and was told ********************* runs about 2-3 months behind but that the warranty claim was approved and I should hear from **************************. October through December 2022 I was told by ******************* and *********************** that they were sending numerous emails to ********************* with no response back. January 2023 I went back in and *********************** and ******************* told me to go to ********************* and ask for *** that he should give me an estimate because he isn't responding to them. I went to ********************* 1/2023 and was told by *** that they could not discuss warranty claims with Customers and neuwirth needed to contact him because he had received no emails. I went back to neuwirth where ***** and **** both told me he was wrong and ***** would hand it over to her manager. I called ************************* manager ***** to find out what to do and he said there was no proof of emails from Neuwirth at all. After getting the run around from 7/2022 to 1/2023 I finally reported everything to ******************* service manager who barely listened and "said ******************** I do not think this warranty claim will be approved". I explained to ******************* again that I had been told by 2 of his employees that it had been approved since 7/2022 but they were waiting on ********************* to respond. Since January ************************************************************************* for updates. I have spent my whole pregnancy dealing with this. I was told today 3/6/23 that ******************* wouldn't talk to me but they had everything they needed and *********************** would be calling me. I am very upset!
