    I placed an order on Aug 2nd using Storefront by doordash offered by Cianas because Cianas doesnt offer online ordering service directly from their website. They offer this as well as a few other options to order from. Shortly after placing the order, the restaurant let us know that the original pick up time would now be pushed back quite a bit due to how busy they were. We asked to cancel our order and they said that since our order hadnt been started, canceling wouldnt be an issue. Upon checking my bank account later, the pending charge of $56.71 had still went through. We contacted Cianas because we were confused as to why this charge had gone through. We were told to contact ******** about getting a refund. I have contacted door dash multiple times and finally was told to contact Cianas as they were the ones needing to help me. I recontacted Cianas and spoke with the owner ******. I relayed to her the entire situation in detail. She stated she would look into the situation and call me the following day. She never called. Now 48hrs after speaking with ******, I reach back out to her again and remind her of the situation. She says she has reached out to door dash but she doesnt have a solution for me yet. So here I am waiting in a grey area. This order was placed on 8/2.. Today is 8/17... All I am asking is for a refund on items I didnt recieve. When we initially canceled we were told we were in the clear and we were fine.. and now weeks later Im still dealing with this mess. From my standpoint Cianas was paid for my order that was never received and Im playing a game of chase to try and get my money back!!!

    To Whoever it may concern,

    Our company was made aware of the guest contacting DoorDash on 8/15/2024.  We were absolutely upset that she was treated so poorly by ******** from 8/02-8/15.  I called DoorDash to ask what the issue was, and why they were treated so poorly.  After not receiving a call back, I contacted them again Sunday 8/18/2024.  We made the decision to refund the guest for her order on 8/18.  

    *********************************, owner and operator of Ciana, responded to the guest Saturday 8/17.  They were in contact regarding the process the guest was going through.  We assured her that if we had known sooner, she would not have waited almost a month for a refund.  Also, we are not happy with the way that ******** portrayed us as a business.
