  My car was towed last night. I searched all over for signs on the premises where I parked. The sign was on the opposite side of the road saying that u cant park on that side of the premises because of private property, not the opposite side where I had originally parked. When I called to ask why, the guy who answered was so rude saying it was private property. When I explained to him that there isnt a sign where my car was park he yelled at me saying he knows where I parked and I should have known and told me he didnt have to explain s*** to me. I took pictures that are time and dated stamped showing that there wasnt any indication on the side I parked wasnt allowed. There was a full row of cars parked beside me, to my thought I was on the premises of the location I was going in. I find them beyond unprofessional speaking to a person like that, the scheme because they know they can, they are stealing money from people by towing without probable cause. They do all these things because they know they can and have continued to get away with it. They just be ashamed of themselves, its so disgusting how they are ok with their horrible actions!

  I rented a condo in Carolina Beach with a parking pass. The pass was displayed on my dash, propped up so it could be seen. It slumped over, still there but wilted over. This predatory towing company, that parks in the lot waiting for someone to mess up, booted my truck. My husband called and explained that we do, in fact, have a pass to park there, that it just fell over. The response was that they didn't care and that it would be $200 to remove the boot. I would have been willing to have paid a small fee for their time and effort since the pass had fallen over. However, $200 is outrageous when I had the pass on my dash that he could see when he got there. After paying this ransom to get this boot off my vehicle, I started researching this company and found 74 Google reviews with less than 15 more than one star. Most have the same complaints that I do--predatory practices and outrageous fees.
