I am disputing charges that I have been by Aspen Dental from 11/8/2023. I have made several attempts to resolve this thru their billing office. On 2/27/24 I attempted to call the local Aspen office but when I selected to speak to the office, it repeatedly disconnected the call. I then reached out again to the customer service number and spoke with a representative, *** who also attempted to reach the local office but was unsuccessful as well. *** advised she would spend an email to the office manager and then advised we needed to speak to patient billing again. I spoke to another representative who initially could not find the account then located it and said I needed to talk to the local office only to be disconnected when being transferred.On 4/15/2024 I reached **** at a corporate number for your company. After explaining the situation to **** he issued a refund of $960.00 to Care Credit. Reference # *******. **** advised that he could not issue a refund for the amount that was pending insurance of $1074.00, **** advised those claims had been summitted 3/22/24. After explaining the dispute of the charges from 11/8/2023 **** advised that the New Bern office should be able to provide the clinical notes and connected me to the local office. The office manager, ***** emailed the clinical notes from the visit. In the clinical notes it stated that I reviewed and signed a consent for shots on 11/8/23. I requested a copy of the consent. The office manager initially stated she would send a copy of the consent to but later called back and stated that upon reviewing your system she was unable to provide the consent On May 15th, 2024, I called Aspen customer service again to no avail. The representative referred me back to the local office. When I explained that they were not able to provide the information I needed, and I requested a supervisor the representative refused and disconnected the call.I need assistance in resolving this matter with Aspen.
