    I would like to say as a new customer I expected so much more. I called made appt for daughter for highlights and trim was given a price of 125.00. When I left I was not happy with color. I called as I was leaving instead of any ugly encounter in the business. I was charged a whopping 230.00 which I was not prepared to pay due to price was given before appt. Finally spoke with manager or owner not sure which and as i was explaining she talked over me and stated I signed a form which I did not do. They had my under age special needs child sign a form at which she had no idea what she was doing. The only time I ever spoke to stylist was she stated she would go as light as possible. The owner/ management became irate with me when I had to raise my voice so she could hear me over her screaming at me about her salon. Then stated she was right in front of stylist who done the hair which was lie number 2 one chair was occupied by male stylist and other chair empty. There were not enough chairs to sit and wait so I told stylist I would be in car right in front of doors if she needed me for anything. The owner never apologized nor offered to make the amount charged to what was stated to me by phone. I have no reason to lie. Owner also stated was not her problem I didn't have money which was very unprofessional to say to someone. I was just trying to give my daughter a good Christmas that turned to nightmare then they had her sign a legal document without my permission. This lady proceeded to argue with me then said do not call my business again and the proceeded to hang up on me with unresolved issues.

    Our prices are clearly visible on our website and menus within our salon. Your daughter received a balayage which starts at $125.00 haircuts START AT $45, she also received an additional gloss/toning process at $50. You requested that she be put with a master stylist, which means that her prices are higher for her services. The master stylist you saw charges $65 for a haircut. The point being is that you were not charged fully for the services rendered, 125+65+50=240, you were discounted. Receptionist do not give exact quotes because they are not the artist performing the service, only stylists can give you exact quotes. If price was an issue this should have been brought to the STYLISTS attention BEFORE the service. You were present at the time of consultation between your daughter and the stylist. I was there. I am the only one that occupies the station opposite this stylist. Your daughter seemed pleased with the results as her was taken lighter and the bright red color that previously existed in her hair was removed and toned to remove red and gold tones. To achieve these results is not simple on previously dyed black hair. A considerable amount of professional grade products were used and an even more considerable amount of time and care was taken to achieve these results. I apologize you do not see the value in the services you received.

    I did jot use the website I went by someone's recommendation. I did not ask for services as I explained in complaint. And when I scheduled appt. I did not know she was a master stylist. Furthermore I should have been asked before the services were done. And still have not explained why you had my daughter underage special needs sign a legal.document in which I was unaware until you yourself brought to my attention when stating I signed which I did not sign. The bottom.line is we were taken advantage of prices were quoted to me regardless to you wanting to admit or not. I asked for a certain thing and your stylist took it upon herself to do as she wished . And you have made absolutely no effort to reconcile what happened. The only thing you have done is make excuses as to what happened. I stated and will continue to state my daughter had professional dark brown color when entering your salon. We scheduled highlights and cut not what was performed. So I say again and will continue to say you are unprofessional by using your loud voice talking over me during phone conversation as I was attempting to explain the issue at hand. And it is quite apparent you will say whatever to save your reputation of your business. I stand firm as to what was quoted and what was asked for and what was done as well as having underage client sign legal documentation . So patrons beware of this business. Owner is not nice and they will do.as they wish and then you are stuck with a huge bill to pay. I have read other reviews of the same thing happening so I am not the only one this has happened to. But I will state it will not happen to us again. And I did not ever say I was pleased with services that I didn't even ask for nor give permission for such services. And never signed any legal documents giving you permission to do any of the above. And I am honest about being given a quote via phone when appt. Was scheduled and what was done was not what was asked for. So I will say again this business will take advantage of new customers and then refuse to.settle.
