Thieves! Had to have a savings account to have a ********************** card. Had the minimum in savings. They moved the credit card to be managed by another company. Since I no longer had a credit card associated with the account they said there was no activity in the savings account. There never was activity in the savings account. All the activity was with the credit card. I was never contacted about what would happen when the credit card was moved to new company. So they took the $10 dollars from m y account. When I questioned it they just said you have had no activity in the account. I closed the account and will never deal with piedmont again. Pretty ***** to rip off customers for $10 bucks.

This member's review brought to our attention that upon moving our credit card operations to another company, activity on these credit card accounts were not being captured on our core banking system. When a situation such as this occurs, our system reports that a member's ********************* Account (or membership) has become inactive. We're running a report to see if any other members have experienced a similar situation as this member. On 12.2.24, this member spoke to one of our Member Relationship Team representatives. He has opted to close his account. The inactive fee has been refunded.
