I am rejecting this response because:
I will accept the resolution, if INMAR will check the records and mail the other rebates that were sent to them by us in the last year in good faith and denied and rejected for similar reasons after we sent in all the proper UPCs, receipts and labels but denied in the same wayHow many other people have also been shorted by this ongoing conflicting information with the manufactures?

Bought beer got a mail in rebate from the store. Must show proof of age and pay before u get the rebate. It is a tiny sticker. U cant even write On it so sticky. I placed an address label for my return rebate. That was a 70 cent stamp which takes away from the $5.00 rebate. Now they want my age another 70 cent stamp. Why do they need my age? Im 82 yr old. If I give them my date of birth thats what everyone is using now instead of ur SS #. U know how many people they r doing this to and u give up. So a high percentage of consumers r being scammed. Help me please. U have the tracking number they gave me. It is called resubmission #. ***************.Business response

For rebate offer of WCM2061 I was given tracking number *************** on Thursday 8/1/24 per ********** was told at that point to wait 72 hours and the $5.00 reward for the rebate would be sent to my ******* it's now Wed 8/14/24 (13 days later) and still no deposit. I asked CSR agent on Friday 8/9/24 when I'll have it. I was just told keep waiting it well be sent. It has been sitting in a "valid status" for over a week now. Can you please do something to escalate this issue to a higher up so the $5.00 is sent to my pay pal ******************************** They won't do anything to help me when I try to touch base with them. I've attached a copy of the store store receipt showing the purchase of the 12 pack, the *** from the box and a screencap of the tracking number showing as valid Please and thanksBusiness response

Signed up for the PURLEAF rebate via text on 07/05/2024. The terms said to submit a receipt of purchase by 07/25/2024. I purchased the item and submitted the photo of my receipt on 07/25/2024 and never heard back about my rebate. I contacted the company, and they stated that my text was labeled inactive because I didnt immediately submit for a rebate, even though nowhere in the terms does it say that you have a certain number of days to submit your receipt after signing up. Now they said the promotion is inactive and theres nothing they can do.Business response

I submitted a rebate for Pure Leaf tea, by the correct date. I followed all the rules and they ignored my texts until after the expiration, and then claimed my conversation was "inactivate." This is fraud and I want my rebate.Business response

Regarding the rebate for 5$ off Truly, I sent (in 1 envelope) 3 separate rebate forms neatly folded with it's own separate receipt for each one and got a card back saying that 2 of the submissions were denied because the "register receipt was already used for offer." This happened to me once last year as well but i didn't want to go through the hassle. Now I definitely will as it seems they just give or deny whatever they feel like even when their loyal customers pay money for stamps and ******************** all the boxes as requested. Our system shows this rebate was processed and and mailed on 2/1/2024 under submission number 224002183343716 with check number ******. The check is still outstanding and we can issue a stop payment and reissue the check but first we must have it in writing that you understand that check number ****** will have a stop payment on it and if by chance it does show up you will not cash it so you will not incur bank fees. we sent in paper work for a $10 rebate Allowed 2 so I'm owed $20, and then we got a post card with a bogus website you can't go to ,to check the status of the rebate. Said my purchase was not identified on reg receipt. It was clearly on the receipts . . I just want my $20 as we bought this item because of the rebates. Not happy and feel like this company is trying to scam people out of money. Please issue my check for $20 and send to me and I WILL never do a rebate from them again.Business response

I submitted a receipt for the Mug rootbeer rebate on 5/2/2024. I never recieved a response from the company. The promotion ended on 5/7/2024 yet they are saying I didn't submit my request within the time frame (although they admit they see my submission from 5/2/2024) I have emailed back and forth numerous times and have gotten no where.
