    Do NOT use Tony D*****/A&T Handyman Solutions, LLC. I do not want anyone else to go through what I am going through right now. Everything was good.... until it wasn't. I no longer trust what is being said. I have a contract and paid for services in Sept 2021 (partial payment/deposit for supllies). Contractor had personal things to attend to that kept him from working. I had to locate someone else, and paid seperatly to complete instalation of slab which was completed March 8, 2022. I asked Mr D***** when my project would be started/completed. I needed it done by June at the latest. He assured me he would even if he was not medically cleared. I advised to send his workers only, until he was cleared. He said hed be there regatdles on April 18t and woulld be done by June. He stated I had waited long enough and I was top priority once able to work again. However over the past 3 weekends, jobs for SEVERAL other clients have been posted on FB and the BBB. I was told he was only taking small jobs. I saw flooring, a deck, and yard storage posted. No one showed on April 18th so i text asking when the would be there and if i was needed to be at the house. Then on April 19th I was told that he could not do any work due to health reasons and would give me my money back. On April 20th I asked when I would get my money back and how. On April 21st around 8am I was told that I was not being avoided BUT he had used some of my money to pay his personal bills while out of work. He will not tell me how much he used or what he has left. This leads me to belive he spent it all. Said he'll have it tax time. I asked for the remaining money back now and to get the rest to me before a specific day or I contacted my lawyer and a demand letter is being sent. Not able to get another contractor or move forward until this is resolved. Luckily I have every receipt and text message. Never thought I would have this problem as I found him through a friend who is a relative of his spouse.

    Mrs. ****** is owed a refund and should receive full refund by mail by Friday 5/13/22. She gave me until 5/20/22 to have it paid, and she will have it. In 30 year of service weather for myself or working for someone, have I ever wronged a client. I did but not intentionally miss use Mrs. ******s deposit for personal bills. I recently had a spinal fusion surgery and while out of work, I used some of her deposit to help with bills. My goals was to keep my workers working to make the money back before it was time to start Mrs. ******s Project. She needed her project done before that happened. When I told Mrs. ****** what I did, she turns on me. Now she didn't say in her statement  that I already work on her house serval other times. She also didn't mention that i fixed her bathroom floor, set her toilet and worked on her laundry room closet for free. yes free i was not paid for that. i asked her did she want me to take it out of the addition deposit, she said no I'll pay you and never did That was on the 17th of September 2021. Never have I ever stole or even intended to steal anyone money.  I'm in this business to help people and make money the honest way. Because I love what  do and I do it well. I have a very impressive resume to prove it.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it.

    Yes, Tony worked on the house and was paid. The items he was did that he claims were free (he only replaced a toilet, put up laundry doors, and attached a nozel to my sink). ***** ***** fixed the floors and left 2 the toilet and laundry doors off. When I asked how much I owed him HE said not to worry about it he would pull it from the $7,500. I was ok with that. Should have been more than $250. The reason I turned on him is because he was NEVER given the ok to use my deposit for personal bills and thr pain and suffering I am going through is why I am asking for the whole $7,500 back. I also asked that he give me all the money he still had of mine back to me immediately because the longer he had it the more he would spend. I have received nothing. I also said to get the rest back to me no later than 5/20. However he originally said he would have it back to me 4/30. I never agreed for my deposit to be used in this manner and it is illegal. Ifs funny how he blames me for his bad decisions. Yes I need thr money back because who else is going to fo work for free? No one. And I told him I have 2 people about to be homeless snd needed this completed by June. He agreeded to have this done by then. I'm not mad he is not able to do the job. I am mad that he stole my money for personal use (this money was not borrowed therefore it is stolen...missued....illegal) while 2 people go homeless due to his actionsm
