    I purchased a year subscription to massage envy for myself and my fiancé. The understanding was we would be able to schedule massages and due to the monthly payment we would have our massages paid for. I have been unable to schedule any massages during this 8 month period from ANY location within a 100 mile radius. I asked to cancel my subscription and was told I could not until December.

    Manager very unprofessional and rude. I signed a service contract in October 2023, in the contract it informed me the process of how to cancel my contract. I had completed my contract in May 2023, and did not want to continue with the service. I sent the email to cancel as the contract stated. I received an email from the manager *******************************, stating that I needed to come to the facility, to fill out the cancellation form. This would be my second contract with this this company and I followed the same cancellation process as stated in the signed contract. The signed contract stated nothing about a cancellation form. When I did had the time to visit the facility to sign the cancelation form, I was informed the new cancelation process was just put in placed a few months in 2024. There was no notification sent out about this new policy. Because of my work schedule I requested that they honor my signed contract on the cancellation, since I was not aware. If they had honored my email on June 10 2024, this would have stop the draft payment from my account. ******************************* would not honor their process in the contract. When he finally contacted me by phone he stated he been with them for 7 years and this was the policy. But I let him know that it's not in the contract. ***** states it was the policy now. With me cancelling my service I have 3 paid service that I did not use. I know I have 60 days to use them. Due to ***** refusing to honor their contract, I will not use this service again. I will not recommend anyone to this business.
