            11/1/22 referred by my PCP do to my complaint of severe shoulder and elbow pain. A Jonathan *****, MD saw me after x-rays showed the pain reasons and prescribed 6 days of meds which didn’t work after completion. I have made several attempts to contact via email and class leaving messages as the pain persisted and worsened. I requested refill but was denied.I requested in writing my plea for assistance with alternative remedies and treatment plans but Dr ***** at Ortho Carolina has yet to respond while mg pain continues with no treatment plan set by doctor.

            Ortho Carolina was the only medical facility that would see me after a fall in which I broke my left wrist and my right foot which had multiple fractures. They immediately set aside time for me to come in that day and treated me. I had called every facility, and every doctor I could think of to please help me. I was in so much pain. It was 2 to 3 weeks before I could be seen. Ortho Carolina could not have treated me better and treated my fractures. I would recommend them to anyone who needed orthopedic care.
