  I wish I could give them zero stars. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. The job was done in May of 2022 and we noticed our attic leaking in November 2022. I called them, they came out to "fix" the issue. They had since come out numerous times to fix the same issues to no avail. Joshue is completely unprofessional, rude and now refuses to have any communication with us since April 11, 2023. Even then, it was to tell me he's refusing to honor the 10 year warranty and that I need a chimney cap to resolves the leaks. I've since had a chimney company come out to inspect the chimney and they stated a chimney cap would not fix my issues. My issues are due to a poor installation job of the roof and flashing. I sent big anchor an email again on May 2, 2023 and called and left a message on May 3, 2023. I still haven't heard anything in return. I was also charged $2,000 to replace fascia and sofit which was never done. Theyve damaged my house and wont even acknowledge that they did. Do everything you can to avoid this company.

  The most wonderful company ever, so glad that we went with them! Everything was terrific, got a whole new roof replacement and I’m so happy with it and how everything turned out! The entire team was super friendly, Josh was super helpful walked me through every step! I definitely recommend 10/10!! I will definitely be referring them to my friends since they do have a referral program!

  I give Big Anchor a big fat ZERO ?. They did an unsatisfactory job with incompetent workers. The painter is the worst. He painted over flaking paint and Masonite siding that I had asked to be replaced. They would not tell me when they would be on my property to work- I consider that trespassing. They did not do anything the way I asked them to do it. WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE THEM. Seth Davis is a con artist to the maximum. They did not fix what they were supposed to fix. I am having a county building inspector come to evaluate their shoddy work. I advise anyone - Don't let them redo an old dog house because they will not get it right

  They installed my roof and gutters and done a nice job. However, when they put my mom’s roof on and other work, Josh, Freddy, and Seth (although he sounds most sincere) have lied and ignored a discoloration on small area of the roof. It’s such a minor problem but they won’t fix it and they won’t even give my mom an invoice. Beware, they may do a good job initially but they DO NOT stand behind their work or word even though this is due to their materials and would be warranty work. This has been going on since the roof was initially done. There are plenty of others that can offer good customer service and a good job. These guys are not worth the headache.

  Wonderful company! I was very concerned being a senior that problems I mentioned to others companies would not be addressed. Josh was excellent to work with. He walked the property and let me voice "all concerns" I had. He explained how each issue would be taken care of. He treated me like family not a worrisome customer. The entire crew was great and very helpful when I had any questions. The office staff was very helpful and always answered promptly when I called. I was so dreading having gutters installed but Big Anchor made the process very simple, professional, and stress free. I am so glad I chose them, it was a blessing to work with such a wonderful and dependable company!!!!!!!
