    I contacted Webber regarding the purchase and installation of a lift kit for my truck. I informed the person on the phone (Tanner) that I already had wheels and tires. I gave Tanner the specifics of my wheels and tires and he suggested a lift kit. The lift kit was ordered. On the day of installation I received a call from Webber explaining that the lift kit they had just installed would not work with my wheels and tires and I would need to go up one size. So I purchased wheels and tires from Webber one diameter size larger with the assurance from Webber they could sell my other wheels and tires. After 6 months of them not selling my wheels and tires I went to their location and asked for the wheels and tires back. Wanting to make their mistake right Jack, the service manager told me he would talk to the owner to see if they could buy the wheels and tires from me. I never heard anything from them so on June 1 I called and spoke to the owner (Keith). He asked me to provide him the receipt where I purchased the smaller diameter tires and if nothing else "he could work something out" to buy those from me. I emailed him a copy of the receipt within an hour of our conversation. No response. I emailed Keith a week later on June 8 to follow up. No response. I have repeatedly been told by this company that they are going to correct or help me with "their" mix up but continue to not help and now are just ignoring me.

    Hi we received your letter in the mail on 7-2-22, sorry for any inconvenience on a later response. 

    We are looking further into this matter and would like to request a little bit more detail from the customer. We received the receipt from where he purchased the original tires for $1552.00  but are unsure how much he actually resold them for. Is he able to provide us with a more exact number for how much he lost rather than an approximation.  We strive to provide excellent customer service and were willing to do whatever it took to help him sell the wheels and tires, but at the time he wasn't willing to split up the tires and wheels so we were unable to make a sale for him. We contacted him multiple times with buyers that were wanting just the tires, or just the wheels but he wasn't willing to do that.
