    Horrid. They provided a general address without specifics. Found it far back in a lot on a side street. Stopped to see how bad it could yet be. A guy stepped out, I told him the issue,offered to show him but he refused to step outside the door. Asked them if they could fix it and he said leave it and we'll see. Asked for an approximation of cost - shrugged his shoulders. Asked what the hourly rate was - he said it depends. I did not schedule an appointment which seemed to surprise him. Reason I went was the prolific 5 star reviews seems a bit too much hoopla, SO no honesty, no integrity, not sure the back end with cars was not just a well dropped screen of pretense.
