We built a new home and moved in December 7th, 2023. **** Campagna was a subcontractor that worked on our siding and our gutters. Throughout the winter when snow would melt from our roof, we noticed the water would leak through the corners, producing sheets of ice all winter long on our patios and driveway. As spring of 2024 approached, we asked that the leaks be fixed. He came and supposed fixed them, but we continued to have issues throughout the summer, reaching out numerous times to have them fixed with either no response or him telling us he didnt know when he could come. We wanted the problem resolved before winter. We sent videos and pictures, and he had no set date he would give us to come. Upon using a ladder to see why there was still water leaking, we found out that in the back, there was at least an inch of water sitting in the majority of our gutters. We had someone else come look at it and were told the gutters werent installed properly, so the water wasnt draining. Since then, water has started draining behind the gutter, causing water to pool in walking areas that, over the course of the winter, will become ice which is a hazard for us and our children. I did inform him I was going to report him if he didnt take action to fix his mistakes and he still chose not to do anything. We expect him to either finish his job and correct the mistakes hes made or for him to pay us the amount it will cost to have someone else do it.
