5/25/24-2/26/24 I rented a room for the weekend to celebrate my daughter Graduation we were just there to use the pool area basically. (we live in town) The room was of not good quality but we did not complain. After checking out almost a week later a charge shows up on my brothers card, for the amount of $100. I contacted them I was told but the front desk clerk that two days later the housekeeping department reported towels were destroyed. This took about two more days to get the pictures. I have talked with housekeeping the general manager and the manager I believe the picture that was sent was not from my room nor did it have single pool towel in the picture. The towels that were shown look like cleaning towels and way to many for a family of four to use. I was told they would get back to me but they refuse to contact me. I spent way to much money to not even gotten my monies worth. I didn't even let my kids swim due to the pool guy wouldn't stay away or stop looking at my girls. I don't appreciate the fact that the hotel did not contact me to let me know what was going on no email no text no call. Yet they just take my money because they wanted to because they could.

The guest held a party in their room. They stained several linens and towels. The guest had been contacted and given many reasons as to why we kept the incidental deposit. In the end, we refunded this guest which she was informed of immediately. This situations should be resolved by now based on the last conversation with the guest.
