Buyer Beware!!!I brought my ****** Frontier in to get the Universal joints done as they were clicking, squeaking and popping when I put it in 4 wheel drive. I ordered the wrong parts so I went straight across the street to Oreilly auto parts and grabbed the correct Parts. They were supposed to replace them on the front shaft and ended up putting them on the back. It has been making noise and vibrating since the day I brought it back from them. I called to schedule and have them check it out. I got under the truck a couple days ago to replace them myself for the back and noticed that they put the unjoints on the back and not the front. I called them this morning and the Man that I spoke with by the name of ***** was very rude and inconsiderate and literally argued with me about them putting them on the front. The parts I bought from Oreillys did not have grease fittings and the joints on the front definitely have grease fittings. Instead of making it Right, he acted like a real jerk with me for no reason. Asking what I am trying to accomplish. I want my **** truck fixed, thats what I am trying to accomplish slick. Im gonna preach this place from the rooftops.Sidenote: I feel like he would have gotten a lot further by not acting the way he did and I personally would not have had an issue paying for them to throw two more on whichever side is popping.
