      I have made 2 appointments at Wallworks Truck Center in ********, **. I made the appointments 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled date and called a week in advance to make sure they were on schedule for doing my service work, as I need to plan my time off, and the first appointment my truck sat outside for 3 days after the appointment before they worked on it, and now today it has sat all day waiting to be worked on, all this costs me money, when I can be working and making money because they cannot keep appointments or call and say they cant keep the appointment. The amount of money they cost me because of there inability to keep appointments or call and reschedule the appointments so I can keep making money is not my problem, it is there problem, but yet still give me a bill for there work when it finally gets done, so not only I loose money because of there pour scheduling I get there bill on top of it. And they take no accountability for their pour communication or scheduling practices and just act like its no big deal that Im not making money. Poor poor business skills and poor customer care, they charge $185.00 on top of parts, and days they make me loose because of there poor practices ,
