I was in a financial bind and reluctantly applied for a loan. When I was approved, this company NEVER explained how much the APR was, NEVER explained I'd be paying almost $6k for an $1800 loan, and NEVER explained the terms and conditions to me. I thought I was about done paying this loan back but when I called for a payoff quote, I was told I still owed $3K. When I asked how this was possible, the person on the other end of the line got extremely rude and disrespectful to **** am unsure how this company can get away with being allowed to rob people blind. I put a stop payment on my bank account and have contacted a lawyer. I have no problem paying off the loan amount with interest. However, I was never told the interest rate would be well over 400% and that I would be charged a daily fee of $18. I would like a reasonable settlement amount offered to me which includes a reasonable interest rate and the daily charge of $18 stopped immediately.

    Tell us why here...

I am writing on behalf of Advance.Cash in regard to your recent complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We strive to assist our customers with their short-term loan needs. While providing service we are disappointed to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience with us.

I am rejecting this response because:
In none of the discussions I had with service reps when applying for this loan did anyone specify any of this information to me. I want this matter resolved. Again, stop the daily fee, and make an offer to settle for a reasonable amount.

I contacted advance.cash about setting up a payment plan or arrangement I was able to make a payment. I made a payment on 8/28 on 8/31 I asked for a payment to be deferred for 9/7. I had planned to resume payments on 9/14 but this past weekend I had an unexpected expense which put me in a tight spot. I Sent an email last night on 9/10 I received a response this morning. To call the number to assist with the request I called and spoke with an agent named *** and she told me that she cannot do a payment plan and if I were to revoke ach I wont be able to borrow again in the future. I called back and spoke to another agent who told me that I cannot do a payment plan because the account is in good standing and I had a deferral. Im not asking for another referral Im asking for a payment plan. Or arrangement I cannot continue to pay $141.99 every week this will cause my bank account to overdraft. And to be told that I cannot borrow again if I turn off ACH is ridiculous. I was a good customer previously in the past. I want a settlement to close this account. I am not happy
