              I mailed a check for my payment due June 28, 2022 and the check was not received on the due date, so I made an electronic payment so a late payment would not be reflected on my credit history. It was the next day after the electronic payment was made that the check cleared, so now there was a double payment. The bank advised I they mailed a refund check to me on July 1 and I had to wait 3 weeks to get the overage of ******** back. I waited the 3 weeks and their check never arrived to me, so I called them Friday 7.29.22 and was told "*****", the manager was out at a funeral and she would call me back on Tuesday, 8.2.22. I did not receive a call back, so I called back and was told I couldn't speak to her and now I had to wait 90 days to get my money back, even though the bank is telling me they issued me the check back on July 1. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK!!!! No one is following through on this and every time I call the bank, its another story.

              Horrible customer service by a loan officer!!! We made a request to have our loans modified a year later they still weren't modified. His response " What's $600 less going to do when your payments have been late for this many months already" If you appreciate going in to talk to a loan officer that slams their door behind you and isn't afraid to come over their desk yelling at you than this bank is perfect for you. Ask to speak to *** but make sure you double check his work as he isn't very good at verifying numbers, dates, or accounts.
