Not happy at all. About 6 weeks ago we purchased a auto with a 2.4l engine. It was disclosed to us that there were not any major issues with it that the previous owner wanted something bigger and it may use a little oil. Well all engines use a "little" oil not 7 quarts in 2k miles. Been in for repairs now for third time and tech says it needs a new engine. Well warranty says different and now they keep pushing another 2.4 with over double interest rate and 1/3 less for trade back in and be told our original purchase will be sent off to a auction somewhere to be someone else's problem. Come on, its obvious folks with the price difference, it will cover the cost of that engine but yet we end up being the ones still buying it for them ultimately and end up getting seriously taken out of this deal. Why can't they just admit that their salesman screwed up and bite the bullet instead of passing the loss to the Customer like that?.. that's not right at all, and if we would return the auto and say here we are returning it give us all our money back, including the value of our trade in, which is already sold BTW , as well as the sales tax and licensing fees and we will go elsewhere, they tell us they don't wash loans and it allows the loan to go into default and totally destroys our credit. That is just messed up. Messed up indeed. I wish we never would have even considered Twin Rivers to begin with and just want a full and complete refund so we can move on to somewhere else that actually has the carfax report right on their website to look at don't even have to ask. What will it take for this to happen? ..............

I put $***** on April 22nd,2023. We decided last minute this was not the vehicle. I have been asking for the $***** every other day. Now Aaron is hiding out making up every excuse not to talk to me on the phone. He is out to lunch, he is handing papers to the customer outside.
