    I was charged a $65 fee for a 'No Show' when I actually did show up to my appointment. The provider was unavailable to see me even when I had been waiting 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time because they extended another clients session over mine. Due to another appointment I had to attend to, I had told the receptionist due to the mismanagement of time by the provider, I cannot wait any longer for my session as it will overlap my next appointment, so I had to leave. So a few days later there is a $65 balance on my account for a 'No Show' that I believe is unacceptable.

    This customer is greatly exaggerating.

    First of all I do not have a receptionist in my office, My receptionist works off site (always). He did not call the office number and inform her that he was leaving.  

    I was 10-15 minutes behind schedule which is not unreasonable for any medical providers office on days where a previous appointment ran long due to a mental health crises. Patient was not in office when the door was opened 10-12 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Was offered a follow up appointment when he did contact the office after receiving a notice of no show billing. Patient refused to come back due to being made to wait 10-12 minutes in a medical providers office. The chose not to waive the no show fee due to the patient terminating services and the lost income as services would have been rendered had the patient remained in the lobby.

    I am rejecting this response because: This provider and company is lying. There is an old lady with red hair that sits on site for reception and billing, she is the one I talked to when I left. The owner and provider has terrible business ethics and is just out for money from people regardless if they get the help they need. That $65 won't be paid and not shit they can do about it.
