    The painter did not fulfill his contract of two coats of paint on the ceiling. There are five or six spots that show the original paint and several spots he missed on the wall. All I want is for him to finish the job. He will not respond after the first call I made and he said he would come over to fix it. Never showed up and would not answer any calls or texts after that.
