Southwark Metal Casa Grande, Az! Were to begin, I have been at this company for 3 years and they have time after time that i have been there to see it for myself how overworked, underappreciated and just mental abused by the plant manger at the ARIZONA plant. The employees had to work sometimes with no notice and if they do not work the overtime the Plant manager will retaliate against you. I recently quit before they fired me for no reason. Which I wish I would have let them fire me so I would have had a better case of the toxic place that it was. I was never put on a PIP, never got written up for what i was supposedly wascgoing to get fired for, but the Plant manager was the ear for the OWNER telling him what ever it was to make it my fault for me to get fired, and that was where I had no idea of what was said about me. The last I heard was that I was doing very well and nothing was out of the ordinary for my job to be on the line. Next thing i know while I am still employed I get several people telling me that my job was posted. I was stunned to say the least. Although the pst 2 years there was a lot of mental abuse from the Plant Manager, as there is a few other managers that currently work there and others that have been terminated that could back up this claim. The owner does not even hear the sides of the claims that have been taken to him and HR, but still allowed the Plant manager to run the plant out of fear. I wish I had more characters to write everything that i could on this. Like i stated previously that I quit, well what has been said and that i have seen is that once an employee quits they get their last check through direct deposit and the last of their vacation & PTO paid out as well. I have not received anything and i quit 3/7. I have contacted the corp office in PHILLY and have not gotten a response. In no way is this claim false. I did my job to the best of my abilities and still to this day i do not understand why i was getting fired!
