    On May 15, 2024, I purchased a 2018 Land Rover Evoque from Island Auto, located at 1407 W 2nd Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. On June 9, 2024, the vehicle kept excellerating and deexcellerating. I took it to my mechanic, Auto Connection, on Monday, June 10, 2024, only to find out that the turbo electronics is bad and antifreeze was everywhere inside the hood. The repairs for this will be $8000. I feel, since I have owned the car less than a month, the dealership should be responsible for the entire cost of repairs or at least half of the cost of repairs.

    I spoke with the owner of Island Auto, *****, and he has agreed to pay $2000 towards the repair costs for the 2018 Range Rover Evoque.

    On October 13, 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Island Auto, LLC. By the time we got home we realized the transmission was bad. I called the dealership and told them the issue. We took the vehicle back on Monday, October 16th. The dealership has had little to no communication with us about getting the vehicle fixed. It has been 3 weeks almost that I have been without a car.

    I feel I have been lied to from the start of this vehicle purchase and everyday since then.  I have read the Facebook reviews for Island Auto and very much regret purchasing a vehicle from them. As a customer I feel I should be treated better and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

    We told the consumer to drop off her vehicle at our mechanic and we never heard back from the consumer.  The mechanic informed us that the shift switch needed replaced and they took care of it.  In reference to the transmission, we requested the consumer provide us with a diagnostic from a mechanic but never received a diagnostic from the consumer.

    in may 2021 I purchased a 2000 ******************** from grand island auto. Long story short, it was driven very little due to being busy with work and kids and I finally got it into a shop to look at and it has major frame damage (twisted) and rotting frame. I knew about some of the rot but part of the deal in buying it was that was repaired. It wasn't. Also has major leaks in transmission and engine casing. When I was in the purchasing process the seller, Sergio, said the only frame damage was a little bit of rust and that was paid for with repairs, but the issues are much bigger than that with the twisted frame and rotting. It was sold with a clean title but I don't understand how it can be clean with major frame damage that I was not aware of or told upfront about.

It took customer over a year to file anything. Customers are given time to inspect vehicles before and As-Is Form was signed by customer.
