      I too have found the quality to be unacceptable! Expensive blue jeans that do not last. They tear at the seams of the crotch and butt. Certainly NOT worth the cost!!! I give it one star because you can't leave zero or half a star.

      Would never recommend this company (Buckle). No warranty at all for their products, specifically their jeans. I have thrown away 2 pairs already about about to throw out another one from ripping in seams. Called customer support and they were no help and they would not warranty my defect jeans. Most companies offer a warranty and a few, a lifetime warranty for jeans. Buckle forever lost a customer, hopefully this helps others to avoid the company at all costs as they are no confident in what they sell.

      Buckle overhires on purpose. Not because they need more employees. Not because business is booming. However, management has somehow convinced themselves that hiring more people (who don’t sell well) and cutting the hours of the best salespeople is a good business strategy.

      I made a purchase online and the wrong address was used for the shipping address. I was confused on how this happened since the site never asked for the shipping address once payment was confirmed. But once I saw the incorrect address, no more than 2 minutes after submitting the order, I contacted Buckle to update the addrrss. They gave me the complete runaround saying there was nothing they could do, since the items have shipped, and they couldn't change the address. I then contacted FedEx and FedEx said that Buckle had not shipped the items yet, so they needed to change the address themselves. So, the Buckle rep straight up lied. The reps solution to the address problem was to go to the address and retrieve my package when it gets delivered. Thanks for nothing.

      Hey Buckle! Your store manager Allie at the Lakeline Mall in Cedar Park, Texas likes to accuse my family of stealing though we never walked in your store!!! Sent a security guard after me, my 11 year old son and husband after WALKING past. Said we stole a boot! Yet when we returned with security to confront her the boot was still there, nor would I even have a place to put ONE boot in my small bag. She immediately said “It’s ok we looked at the camera” and waved me off! No apology. Made my son have to feel like a thief with his parents. Almost got escorted out by security until the head of security arrived and said WE were in the right and did NOTHING wrong. Allie completely judged us by how we looked and FALSEY accused us. Allie is a bully, Allie profiles based on looks and Allie doesn’t apologize when in the wrong. She should NOT be your store manager!

      I ordered shoes for my son for school when I put in the address it was changed to a wrong address so within 10 minutes of noticing I fixed it and called they said they fixed after 4 phones I had the worst customer service to help didn’t want to refund my full amount said I had to wait for fed ex to send them back to them but fed ex said all they had to do was fix the address the refused too! We shop Bickel a lot but this is it in so disappointed in the customer service I got from them. I will do business elsewhere

      This company has the worst phone customer service ever! I called them to explain I paid my balance in full in January and didn't receive a trailing interest statement of 1.00 and they charged me $35 late fee. Then I called to ask for a refund of the late fee and to close the card. Me and the representative obviously had some language barriers because he waived $15 of the $35 late fee and didn't close the card however I was placed into the automated system to pay the difference which it wouldn't allow because the fee waiver was pending and the representative said if he processed the late fee payment of $20 the buckle company requires you a $9.00 fee on top of a fee to pay with a representative! Sounds like a circle of nonsense to keep nickel and dining customers to no end. I put a check in the mail now for what they explained as a third fee based on cut off time being 6 pm for phone payments. I'm shaking my head at this company and explained to my teenage daughter we will never purchase clothes from them again. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and can only imagine how many other customers experience the same nonsense. However I'm happy I can post my review of the poor service and move on!
