In 2014 we purchased our house along with a *** warranty. That same year our furnace went out. We decided to go with aire serve to install the new furnace covered by ***. Although they did not support the brand of furnace. Since install, every year we have had several issues of it throwing codes and not working. And every year they come out and charge us for a service fee and repair costs. Bit to this day, nothing has been fixed. We continue to have the same issues to date. I reached out to them this spring to try and get a solution for the repeated issues. Reached out to the field manager. I left many messages and spoke with him once. He told me he was doing some checking to find out if other issues with that particular furnace have been going on. He was looking for common problems and also checking on the warranty. Since the conversation I have never recieved a call back although I have attempted throughout the spring, summer, and now fall. I also reached out to the office manager and spoke with her and she was also going to do research as far as the warranty and get back to me. Two to three weeks went by and nothing. I called back to talk to Kevin, but he was not there, of course, so spoke with office manager again and told her I was expecting a return call from her. She informed me that Kevin had reached out to me several time. Thats a lie. I missed no calls and no messages. They have all out info from servicing our home all those years. So here we are all these years later ************************** and still a broken furnace. It would be so much appreciated if you could assist with our ongoing problems. Again this issue has been going on since 2014. And I really tried to put some pressure on them since spring. We have spend alot of money throughout the years with many supposed fixes.
