    The company was supposed to replace my roof and soffit and several other pieces that attach on the roof. The shingles have never laid down properly as well as other issues with the shingles and work. The work was not done correctly and I have reached out several times by phone call and text messages and lester has refused to come out and correct the roof. He's never came out to even see what the issues are with the roof. I have had a 2nd company come out and look at the roof and there is definitely issues that need resolved. I have given several attempts to lester who has failed to correct or resolve the issue.

The roof was never correctly installed. I have had a second company come and estimate correcting Lester's improperly installed roof and it will cost ******$ to correct Lester's problem roof. I have contacted him several times to come and look at the roof which he has refused. I feel he should correct the issues rather than ignore them. I have copies of the estimate and exactly what the issues are with the roof shingles and installation I can provide if needed. Lester never once came out to look at the roof once his guys installed it. Lester never had a field rep come to my property. He had a man from another state who threatened me and never came to assess the roof. There's no contract only a proposal. Lester never gave an invoice to pay and I've contacted him several times to correct the roof. The payment would be due once the root is completed and satisfactory. It is neither. Lester himself has never attempted to correct the roof. Despite several attempts.
