      I went to check my own personal checking account this morning and all my money had been taking out and I was overdraft. I had went into LincOnes location off of Hwy 2 in Lincoln Ne weeks ago and signed papers to have my name taken off his accounts weeks ago. I was told that my name would be removed! I have not used my soon to be ex-husbands account in over two years. I don’t even have a debt card, it was canceled by them. I called the bank right away because it said it was transferred into his account. They told me I was reliable for his overdraft! I was crying because that is all I have! I was told that I could use my overdraft to get by or maybe get a small loan. I am already overdraft and I can’t afford $35 fees. I can’t get a small loan because I’m in the middle of a divorce. I went to the bank crying and they told me they closed his checking but I still owe for his fees. How do you close an account with out his permission?? I have been with this bank many years, had multiple loans. I can not believe they would do this to someone! Please do not go to this bank! This was horrible to do to someone.
