      On June 7th I saw an ad in Craigslist for handyman service. The gentlemen name is **** ****. I asked him if he replaces windows and he said yes. He came out two weeks later to measure the windows and to provide an estimate for replacing 4 windows. **** **** wanted money down to order the windows so I venmo him $1,150.00. 3 to 4 weeks go by and he finally came out on August 13th to replace the windows and he took the trim off of one window to get another measurement and he was off 1.5 inches so he couldn't use those windows he had ordered. He took off and told me that he would have to check on other windows to fit possibly custom windows. I told him that was fine just let me know. I kept reaching back to **** **** by text message to get an update and i never heard back from him. He took the trim off one window and has not returned or contacted me over a month. I want to be refunded for the $1,150.00 plus $300 for repairing trim work to one window.. thank you
