    Destiny Homes built two units of townhomes beside my existing townhome. During their contractor's construction, deep ruts were made and corresponding spider cracks in my driveway from large contractor trucks driving over my edge of my yard. Pictures are attached. I texted the realtor of the units, *** ************ (text log attached) who said the contractor would fix all damage when they finished. My first text to her was Feb 12, 2024. They have now finished, I asked about the repairs and Amy said the builder was unaware of any incident and that nothing would be repaired-see attached text log. The ruts and spider cracks following the line of the ruts are obviously from the large construction trucks-they were the only large trucks back there. My corner is tight so I understand they rolled over my corner but I want this repaired. My driveway is not even a year old.
