    Wor,s small jobs with cash and doesn't give receipts. Tried to tell me every peice I had needed a lot of prongs replaced. Second opinion said otherwise. Didn't resize one of my rings. Just stretched it up 1/2 because he quoted me a size then txt the wrong size to me twice. He states I was never a customer. I called him. Out of. That because of the no receipt thing. And quote " no tax since you payed cash" and we had multiple txt conversations I saved
