We used Doves dog Academy to help train our pitbull. He was always late, or missed sessions and truly never trained our dog. We were willing pay the outrageous price because we care for small businesses and were willing to put the money in for our dog. *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** We have been kind and ask for a refund or even the last session that he promised us. But he wouldn't do either. He threatened us multiple times and is currently posting on *************** about us. Slandering our name, I overall am quite upset and frustrated with this business. And they need to be shut down. He is a ***** and taking advantage of many people, if need be I will start a petition to get rid of this business and rally many others that have been at fault to this ******** man.Business response

As promised months ago, the last session was free, and no funds were collected from it. Per the conversation we had legally, we refunded you an amount of ****** out of the kindness of our hearts. Your program was completed, and your dog and handler graduated with honors. Out of your six-session, six were provided. If you continue to have issues with your training, continued education is always available, as mentioned before, at the end of your program. We wish you the best of luck. In Jesus' name! I had paid for a dog training service that I was very disappointed in service due to lack of communication, unprofessionalism and over lack of respect for my time. Willie had tried to reschedule multiple times he had been extremely late and never scheduled or showed up to our last session. After I wrote a review he offered me a refund for my last session then never paid it and blocked my number. Then he threatened to sue me after I emailed him attempting to get the promised refund.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/01/20) */ Contact Name and Title: Willie *******/owner Contact Phone: ********** Contact Email: ****************** Due to the harassment we have been receiving from Mr **** Has been advised from my council that further action of a slander will result in legal action taken against him. With that being said Mr.**** has been contacted multiple time after the agreement to process the refund that he wasn't owed in the first place. He was provided a custom program that he graduated from and finished. He was provided a free session for follow up as all clients are doing there part to make sure they are upholding there part of the training program. Mr **** was awarded a refund of ****** due to his nature of complaints and unwillingness to comprehend that there was no refund to give in the first place. Out of the good nature of the owner he was given a ****** refund which was left with his company of hire on 01/20/2022. He needs to contact them for collection due to the fact I couldn't have contact beciase he had Covid. We wish him the best of luck.
