If I could give zero stars that's what they'd get from me. I can't even begin to tell what a dirty bunch of bottom feeders these people are. All the way from the snotty holier than thou office "staff" to the "maintenance" team lmao they come do a half ass examination of your issue and never return again although it's marked as "maintenance request cancelled" in the portal. Oh and don't forget, any agreement you agree to with them whether it's written or verbal can be changed or terminated by them at any given time. That's what they are best at. Creating an agreement and then changing it and let you know via "text" or email. How professional. I'm not sure where these people joined forces at to create their team but I promise you none of them are educated or experienced but they are some sneaky and cold mf that's proven fact there. I've got a lawyer as we speak reviewing the dirty deeds they did to me this week. Lived in a place 6 years the first four years were awesome, had a professional manager with actual maintenance people, real office staff and professional property manager. Most importantly they were people friendly and treated tenants like people. There's a deal breaker right there. Then these loose bolts took over and downhill it went. They set up a payment plan with some tenants to enable people to pay rent in two payments each month, however it ends as soon as it starts lmfao. Oh yes, charge you, let me repeat that..charge you to pay your rent !! Isn't that poetic?? Unbelievable. Pieces of shit. By the way their properties generally have bed bugs and roaches I've been told by several former tenants. I did have a few roaches appear and they sent someone to treat it ill give them that. I could go on and on, but to avoid having them sling back some lying defense I'm remaining anonymous here. They know who it is and they know I'm right. Also so much happier now in new townhome with an actual management company. Listen, STAY AWAY from realty works. Bad people
