We used them to roof our building. Jared was very knowledgeable and handled all the communication with the insurance company. He met with them for the assessment and made sure we got a fair claim settlement. We’ve been very happy with everything and highly recommend Jared and Stonebrook both.Stonebrook Exterior

WOW, round of applause for Gene and his helpers from Denver! A few years back we had our roof & gutters replaced by a what I've since discovered are called "Storm Chase Roofers" these guys came our and replaced out existing roof but in the replacement left holes that caused leaks in our attic and problems that progressively got worse over time. When my wife and I tried to address these issues with the fly-by-night operation they were no help. (Enter Stonebrook from stage right) I got a hold of the Stonebrook Team after seeing some of their crews around Denver. Once we spoke the Stonebrook guys came out, did some trouble shooting on the roof found the problems and put a plan together to address the issues very quickly. They worked with us on pricing and were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them in the future.Stonebrook Exterior

1 starA nightmare after the 6/13/2023 hail storm. From the start with the county work permit that is required, we never saw the sales rep again. The expectations of their roofing engineer with gutters and downspouts were the worst, missing screws, gutter brackets while the alignment from corner to corner are up or down causing leaks and overflows in the front and rear of our home. They did return several times after it rained or snowed, as I had sent dozen of pictures each time reflecting the sprouting water and the hanging icicles Never pay this company unless it rained or snowed!Review fromPhil H

2 starsStonebrook was the general contractor for my siding and window replacement in 2021. Their subs did good work, but I did have a couple of issues that have turned up since. I have reached out to them regarding these issues and for about 2 months we have not come to a resolution. Of late I have been unable to have them respond to my requests for updates. I live in an 8-Unit Townhome complex. Stonebrook Exterior began work on our complex in December (New Siding -- and there is not much siding), new angle irons on basement lintel with some brick replacment, new gutters, new decks, and new front stairs. After 6 months, the decks were taken down, the angle irons were replaced, but the siding isn't completely finished--the front stairs have to be taken down in order to finish. There are 3 major problems that we have encountered: 1. The siding people (all 2 of them) damaged several things without fixing the damage. They have also did not clean up after themselves. 2. The masonry people completed job, but didn't point out to the owners nor their company that there were other serious problems that needed to be addressed. 3. The supervisors of the project have dropped the ball. Example: For two months there have been open holes in the chimineys. They took the vent covers off, but did not replace the covers. The covers are backordered, and the project manager didn't think about some sort of temporary cover. I went to their offices yesterday and fortunately met the president of the company. He says that he will fix everything. We'll see. Finally, I am not convinced residential construction is Stonebrook Exterior's major priority, and it shows. If you are looking to have residential work done, you might want to consider having it done by some other company.Stonebrook Exterior
