I placed an order on August 13 2024. I paid 45$ for shipping. The total of my order was around 130$ Canadian. I never received my purchase. I tried reaching out numerous times. I called but the number was out of service. I emailed many many times and no one ever got back to me. It’s now the end of November and I still haven’t heard anything from this company. I’m very hurt and extremely disappointed that they took my money and never sent me my one top I ordered.Initial Complaint

I have several files to upload so I will try to keep this short...******* ****, the owner, was on a buying trip in Vegas with her husband and her most popular influencer ********. They were both so excited to unveil a new program called mystery bags. The top of the three options was 200$ containing 13 clothing items and 3 pieces of jewelry..She said we can't make requests for items, but she would look at our prior orders to not duplicate. She also said if we have something she should know we could email and I did..It was about my arms and requesting b=elbow,3/4 or long sleeves.) She honored that wonderfully. Like the examples they showed in Vegas, my bag was a homerun. I emailed her and thanked her right away. I also asked if I could please buy another bag? I never received a response, so I purchased and put a similar note. No response, but a bag did ship. Well, I got my bag. It was awful. It had 7 SAME sweaters and 2 were the same pink. I received 3 of the same striped short sleeve shirts. Finally, I got three pairs of pants. I love the brand, because I already had one of them. I emailed her so sad and upset. I even sent a picture. I thought perhaps someone else did the order and either made mistakes or filled for the wrong person. I emailed, with a photo, and THAT was one of two emails she wrote back herself. She was very upset with me and said it all has to come back (100% now). I literally mailed 2 boxes the next day, and now have not heard a word. She did reply a second time, that day, apologizing for her behavior so I thought things were going to be replaced and I would still shop there. I have emailed SEVERAL times. I just get a form letter. I have called the number on the website, it doesn't work. The final straw for me was Friday. She had ******** show off all of a huge Warehouse Sale she was having .I would have loved to have purchased, but emailed Friday night asking her to please replace my order before filling her new ones. I have not heard a word from this place. I could have kept all items, and been-extremely unhappy, but she said return 100% of bag, so I did. I felt it meant she would make things right. All I get are form letters telling me she a one man show and chicken farmer. I commend her for her busy life, but with an F rating with the BBB, she is missing the mark and many people are missing money and or product. It's terribly heartbreaking. I placed an online order July 4, 2024 for a pair of pants, order total $40.89. July 10, 2024 I received notification from the USPS, “Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item”. As of October 19, 2024 the shipping status has not changed. I sent two messages on her website “contact us”. As of October 19, 2024 I have not received a response from the website. August 17, 2024 I sent a message on the company Instagram account. August 30, she responded she would “check on this…”. On September 7 I had not heard back from her so I messaged again on the Instagram account. She responded that the order number was not matching. I had sent her the confirmation number from my payment method. Same date I responded with the company order number. September 14, 2024 I had not received a response from her. So I sent message on the company Instagram account asking for an update. September 27, 2024 I had not received a response from Statemt Boutique so I sent a message to the Instagram influencer I follow, ******** **** ******* that is promoting Statement Boutique. She responded same date asking for my email address and my Statement Boutique order number. I sent her the information. ******** replied back she will send this over to Statement Boutique. I had still gotten no assistance from the company on October 18, 2024. I sent a message on Instagram to ******** King Keenean to let her know I had still not received an communication from Statement Boutique. ******* responded she would send my information again to Statement Boutique. As of October 19, 2024 I have received anymore responses from Statement Boutique, I have not received my order. I have not been refunded.Customer Answer

Received a dress and it was way too large. I started emailing and messaging the seller/owner on July 2nd for messaging her ********* inbox. July 9th I started emailing her at her business email that SHE suggested I email if I ever need her help. I wanted to exchange for a size medium. I told her this on July 2nd. On July 12th, 10 days after my first request to her, Bridget decides to have a sale ($30) and this dress was included....of course. As of today July 18th I still have not heard a word back from her. On February 29 I placed an order online with Statement Boutique. (************************). My order was shipped by March 5 via USPS. I had ordered 3 sweaters totaling $173.00. The package never arrived and USPS stopped providing tracking information for the package after 3/12. I contacted the Boutique and never heard back. I then proceeded to look up the boutique again online and found the owner, ******* ****. At this point I asked her for help and she was nasty from the beginning, not helpful, and accusing me of being “angry’ when I should be angry with the post office and not her. She got upset with me for telling her that this wasn’t good customer service.Business Response

This customer was nasty from the very beginning. She was blaming the boutique for a lost package when our shipping policy CLEARLY states that any package LOST, stolen, or marked as delivered package we are not responsible for.
I told her I would help her but there is only so much I could do on a lost package. After I had already responded to her email, she proceeded to send my personal account a message about my poor customer service. I Drove into my post office that is 10 miles away.The post office called the truck the package was last tracked on and the facility it was heading to. I updated her on my efforts to help her with no response from the customer. Again, something I didn’t have to do based on my policy. She was mad because I would not immediately refund her for a lost package.

I have to say, I am completely shocked at this behavior from this person in this store. I shop online quite a bit and have never been treated with such lack of empathy or service. From the very first contact, there was never a “wow, I’m so sorry to hear this” , OR “oh my goodness, this is not good, lets see how we can get you YOUR ORDER that I’ve taken your money for?” OR “this has never happened to our business, but we strive for customer service excellence, so let’s try to help you or refund you”. The first email I sent was not responded to. The second one I sent was responded to with vitriol.
The fact of the matter is I paid for an order that I never received. I’m beginning to think that this is a SHAM business and it should be documented with the BBB that she will take peoples money and not deliver goods. This is where we stand. Plain and simple this is what happened to me. At this point in the interactions thus far, I don’t see the package miraculously being found and delivered OR the business refunding me for the order that they sent in the cheapest and least reliable way possible. For $173, I would like for this person and their business to be documented as poor customer service and fraudulent business practices. Shame on me for not reading the fine print and expecting an order that I payed for to be delivered to me?? This is utter nonsense.
Why would anyone shop online if they were ‘gambling’ with a package getting to them? Do better.
