    Date of transaction is 7/8/2024. I applied for a loan of $1,000 and with application charge of $25.00. My credit is good which means I could get a low interest rate. instead the loan officer whos name is ******* ******* told me the rate was 18.00%,she told me you could get a rate at 13% but it would not be much of a difference Which is not true went I look at this when I got home their nothing but two pages neither stating the interest rate for the length of the loan and that this was a open end loan where you can pay down to $500 and re borrow with out filling out another application which I told her I did not want its normal for this type of loan. I am a senior citizen and have good credit that I am proud of and want this loan to be re did at 13% that I suppose to get. I have notice when you get older young people think that you are dense or a fool.

    I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with T********** ******** *** ********. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. METRO CREDIT UNION ACCNT #200167571** BAL $0 I understand that the Office of the Attorney normally provides copies of the complaint forms or information regarding complaints to the business complained about and other private and public agencies. I authorize BBB to give copies or any information on the form to anyone deemed advisable.
