  I have been a member for over a year with 5 vehicles. My expedition was damaged two times and they would not reimburse me for the 2nd damage. The owner hides behind a keyboard and there is no way to get a hold of them on the phone. I just cancelled all 5 memberships and I will make sure everybody I know stays away from that car wash.

  Pressure sales pitch. This has happened multiple time to many people. Ownership condones this behavior.

  I went through the car wash and the brushes were really rough on my vehicle a ripped my rearview mirror off. While the workers at the location were nice and took pictures and filed a claim, the corporate office declined my claim. I would caution you to find a different car wash that will stand behind their service and own up to it when they damage your vehicle.

  If I wanted a high pressure sales pitch, I would call an aluminum siding salesman out to my house. I told them I wanted a wash and no sales pitch on an unlimited membership. After the carnival barker they have working there started his pitch, I backed out of the place scattering the cars behind me. Never again

  We have several vehicles under Rocket. My daughter cancelled her membership prior to leaving for out of state to college. They continued to charge, I called twice, once to speak to someone, once left a voicemail to cancel, they continued to charge the prices crept up every few months. The carwash is ok, however, it does leave swirl marks on your vehicle, if you have a brand new car I would NOT take it through this carwash. Unfortunately, the customer service rep was professional and nice, however, did nothing to compensate us for the money we lost, however, we finally got it cancelled, I asked for at least one month reimbursement and the rep said our company policy will not allow that without proof that you called in. This is not customer service, this is ripping off the consumer when we cancelled months ago. I will probably take all our personal vehicles as well as our business trucks off Rocket.

  I believe that children under the age of 19 should not be able to have access to a direct withdrawal from a bank account. I did not approve as a parent and she needs to be refunded.!

  Being charged twice now for monthly car wash subscription when I cancelled services. Been trying to reach out to the company for over a month via phone and email. Finally got ahold of a representative and was told we can only cancel membership by calling in. I did not sign, get an email policy or any type of written or verbal communication prior to signing up that in order to cancel “you must call in” absolutely ridiculous. Disputing charges with the help of my bank fraud department and emailed the company. I will also be going into the site I signed up at to let everyone know what happens when you try to cancel membership.

  Went to car wash and got a special . We live in Louisiana and kids in weatherford tx. For the past 4 months they have been charging me 39.99 a month . I have called and spoke with them several times and always going to email me back to handle but never do . Another month goes by and another 39.99 charge . They refuse to speak to you on the phone and always an excuse about having to speak to another person. This is such a scam.

  I paid for a one time car wash in Northlake, TX and they signed me up for a subscription plan. I called to have the charges reversed 2 times, once in August and again in September 2023 and was told the charges would be reversed. I have not received a refund for either transaction and I am now forced to have an attorney to contact them on my behalf. After reading their Google reviews, I found that I am not the only person they have done this to.

  They took over Zipline Express Carwash here in Riverside, CA.. I was never notified of the change by either Zipline Express or Rocket Carwash. However they had no problem charging my credit card twice a month at twentythreedollars and ninetyfive cents for unlimited washes. I called today Oct 2 to request a cancellation and they couldn't even find my information after numerous emails to their support emai lnotifying them of me being double charged for August and September of this year. I first spoke with Helena who recently just started working for this company, (poor girl, she's in for a rude awakening!) and after going around and around, I then spoke with a manager named Dill, like the pickle. He says that once they are able to connect with Zipline Express's computers and transfer the data from their computers to Rocket Carwash's computer they will be able to grants everyone's requests for cancellation. From the complaints I see on Yelp and BBB's F rating of this company, it looks like everyone who has ever dealt with Rocket Carwash has regretted that decision. Now I have to call Chase Bank to put a block against Rocket Carwash, Horrible company!!!
