            Check for $1150.80 written on April 4, 2022 for driveway / step / sidewalk caulking and sealing. 2/7/2023 texted and stated the cement had chunks coming off it. 2/9/2023 I was texted back stating " I stopped by and looked at the chip on your steps. The sealer is supposed to prevent that from happening. I'm guessing there was a small air pocket there when it was poured and it broke out with the freeze. When it warms up I'll repair it. Your driveway heaved quite a bit in a few places this winter and separated the caulking in a couple places. I'll also get repaired when it warms up. 5/19 I texted him asking when he'll come to repair. 6/9 he texted "I'll be in your area next week" He never showed and has not answered any texts and I even tried emailing through this site and no response. I would just like the work to be repaired.
