      I purchased an ****** 15 brand new for my daughter at the price of $465 the promotional offer was $399 with tax it was 465 my daughter took it home and was messing around with it and getting to know it and did not like how it was or the camera so I looked on the receipt, the receipt clearly says that you can get a full refund or exchange at full price for brand new boost Mobile phones. I come in the next day and tell them I would like to get my money back for it because she doesn't like it and to just turn on her regular phone that she had previously and the guy had to call his boss and his boss told him he's not doing that I can either reactivate the phone I bought or he can give me the ****** 11 for $50 less which the ****** 11 is only $99. He was not willing to work with me he is greedy and money hungry and he always has been every time I go in that store because they make a commission off of what they sell. This is false advertisement the receipt clearly states it on the bottom and this is not a refurbish this is not a used phone this is a new phone

      I am rejecting this response because, I already wasted over 2 hours of my time dealing with the matter and told my daughter she just has to deal with the new phone every time I deal with the people at mega saver phones they have an excuse as to why their not refunding, their all greedy it should have never went to this extreme from the start, i should have gotten my money back when i went in amd they should have awarded what the receipt said instead of false advertise

      Went to the mega saver off of 55th and Center st on 04/19/24- the diesel pump wasn’t marked as green like other gas stations and I almost pumped diesel into my tank. Well mega saver not only authorized my card for 30.00 they refused to cancel the transaction or void it out. I spoke with my bank and they said the issue is with Megasaver while Megasaver associate not only stumbled but contradicted and lied through his teeth and refused to help blaming my bank. Having worked in cc fraud I know that this falls on the merchant. I want that authorization off my card!

      This complaint has already been dealt with. The authorization hold for $30 has been returned to customers bank. TFL Inc / Mega Saver does not have these funds. An attachment with card information customer provided to corporate office only has the charge for $3.58.

      I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with my bank regarding this issue and was told that Mega saver placed a hold on the card and it’s on THEIR time and discretion if and when they will remove the hold. Mega saver failed to train their employees accordingly

      ******************************* I stopped & got $** in gas & these ****** put an $** hold for 48hrs on my card so now we will go hungry this weekend! Who does that? & so....much $$$! I'm so...UPSET! This is ridiculous & HORRIBLE customer service

Merchant processing company would put a hold for the amount until the end of the of the store's business day. Our merchant processor holds less then $***. If you go to many other gas stations the hold is $*** - $*** per transection at the pump. Also Mega Saver store closes shifts end of the day, batch numbers with approval codes and amounts for those transections are automatically sent to the bank. And your bank should be able to release the funds as soon as that number received. Unfortunately, some banks process transections longer then others and we have no control over that time frame, it is completely up to your bank. One of the options for you would be to step inside the store and prepay your pump to a specific amount. Not only will you receive additional 5cents off per each gallon but also your card will only be charged the amount you prepaid. Please let us know if we could assist in any other way.

      I went in on Friday, May 13, 2022 and paid partially with cash $** and the rest on my card, well the cashier charged my card for the full amount and I noticed the next day. I then called and the girl Lexi, confirmed that she could see the problem as the cashiers drawer was over. I mentioned I was not in town but would try to get there for my money back. I wasn't able to so I went in the very next day. I was then told my money had been sent to the corporate office and there was nothing they could do and I would need to contact corporate the next business day. I tried calling then, and of course their mailbox is not set up. I have called several times ebery single day since with no answer. Called the store back and again am told there's nothing they could do and they cannot take my personal information to give to the corporate office as it's against policy and I just need to keep trying. They stole, my money and I am having to hunt down some Lola or Ann who don't answer the phone or have a voice-mail to get my own money back. I want my money back, this is completely illegal!

      On 4-17-22 at roughly 10:45 am I purchased gas at this location. I used my ********** credit card for the $***** purchase. The pump noted "clerk has receipt" so I went inside and requested my receipt. I was handed a receipt for $** charged on a **** card. When I told the clerk it wasn't my receipt she said "it's all I have, maybe there's something wrong somewhere else, lots of people are complaining". There was no offer to hand write me a receipt, too try to determine what the problem was, or in any way rectify the situation. I may be wrong but I believe receipts for a sale are required by law. This is unacceptable particularly given the potential for credit card fraud with no receipt to verify the correct purchase amount.
