When originally spoke on the phone I was told it would be no cost to me. I've since been receiving bills. After my first bill I called an told them I was told I wouldn't have to pay anything as I had ********************** and ********. I requested a recording of my original phonecall and during that call requested to speak to a supervisor and was told they would have to call me back. I also stopped using the device. No call from supervisor. Received another bill and once again called. Explained also that the device had been giving me incorrect readings and Was told a supervisor would call me back and once again was not called back. Received another bill...all while receiving late fees. Called back and was able to speak to Lainey who from what I understand is a supervisor. This was on December 9th. I explained everything and once again requested my first phone call where I agreed to the device and also mentioned the inaccuracies and that I was told it wouldn't cost me anything. She said she'd look into it and call me back in 3-5 days. I was never called back and after receiving yet another bill called the number I was given by Lainey and left a vm message on her VM after first calling the billing number and requesting to speak to her and they gave her the message.Business response
